		<description>I&#039;m in the process of scaling down my hours at work.  Two months ago I voluntarily stepped out of management because I hated it.  There was no prestige, thrill, or reason to stay.  I hated it and that meant I hated going to work.  Best thing I ever did.  

My goal has never been to be idle, but to have the freedom to do exactly the work I want.  Great article, Dwight.  Patrenia, wonderful guest!</description>
