LOL! Sounds like you already had the money spent. By the way, I passed by the sign this morning after dropping the kids off as school and it's now up to $114 million. :-(

You know, I use to have an answer to this question down pat - I'd pay off my student loans, buy a car and a house, and if anything were left over, invest it so that my winnings were making more money. I never really dreamt too long about it though, mainly b/c winning big seems impossible.

I use to really want to win! I just could never find steady numbers to play lol

LOL! Glad to know that I'm not the only one. Woohoo! You guys are really knocking it out of the ballpark! You are going to feel such a relief when you reach debt freedom. The funny thing is that since you've been in payoff mode for a while, it's become a habit and it's going to feel funny initially when you don't have anything else to pay. But a great feeling nonetheless. Thanks Carrie!

Maybe once in a great while will my husband and I buy a scratch-off just for a lark, but we don't really play lottery. I enter a lot of contests that are free and I have won a lot of prizes, but not to excess.

I would adore a big, fat lump of money, certainly. The tax return we got just paid off another line of credit as we work on our debt snowball. Right now it's more dreams of, "Wow, that would pay of X amount of debt. Wow!" when it comes to cash prizes, rather than "Wow, I could buy X with that money." Eyes on the prize!
